HUFCOR FLEXTACT FEATURES
Hufcor's panel construction is specifically designed for the wear and tear of high impact training.
Steel Frames:
Durable, rugged, welded steel frames resist impacts during exercises.
Retractable Bottom Seals
The bottom retractable seal provides 60 lbs. of downward seal force securing the panel in place without the need for floor pins. When retracted, the panels move smoothly into place with no friction at the floor. The floors remain obstacle-free with Hufcor's retractable bottom seals so tripping hazards are eliminated. When the seals are extended, the panels can be slightly adjusted into place without lifting the bottom seal.
Edge Trim
Vertical edge trim protects the panels from damage caused by repeated contact with trainees and bulky equipment used by both tactical and fire rescue trainees.
Side Seals:
The side seals provide sufficient clearance to allow the panels to pass by at the intersections.
High Pressure Laminate Surfaces:
Withstands impact from both paintball and rubber simunitions fire. Faces are easy to clean and are replaceable in the event of unrepairable damage. FlexTact withstands impacts of the non-lethal SecuriBlank® and FX® simunitions cartridges manufactured by GD-OTS Canada, Inc.
Custom Track Grid Layouts
The Hufcor FlexTact overhead tracking system is customized to your room sizes and training needs. The standard grid is a 4' x 4' area, but others have been designed with 8' grids and special angles to fit existing building designs. As such, FlexTact can be retrofitted into almost any building with ample overhead support structure.
Optional Pass Door Systems
Specially designed pass doors mimic both commercial and residential entrances. Durable high pressure gas springs on both pass door legs hold the door panels in place. Roller-latches and heavy-duty face steel allow for doors to be kicked open during entry exercises.
Pass door handles can vary for specific situation scenarios.
Optional Window Panels
Windows in rooms create additional danger for both peace officers and firefighters during actual situations. Windows can be inserted into FlexTact panels to provide real-world conditions found in commercial and residential conditions. The window frames are made from durable, architectural-grade aluminum - sturdy enough to hold up to tactical entry exercises.
Optional Catwalks and Video Monitoring
Optional catwalks and video monitoring systems provide unmatched overhead observation allowing trainers to supervise without being among the trainees. Optional Full Height Glass Panels
